How to sign in to Disney+

There are three methods to sign in to Disney+:

  • Login to your device with email and password:
  1. Open the Disney+ app or visit DisneyPlus.com, and then select Sign In .
  2. Enter the email address and password you used to sign up for Disney+.
  3. Select Sign in to confirm.
  • Sign in to TV from a mobile device:
    1. Open Disney+ on your streaming device or Smart TV.|
      • Note: The mobile device and the TV must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
    2. Open the Disney+ app on your phone or tablet.
  1. Automatically, a request to log in to the device will appear on the screen.
    • Tap Allow .
    • Select Watch Now on TV.
  • Login to your Smart TV or game console:
  1. Open the Disney+ app and select Sign In .
  2. Visit disneyplus.com/begin on a computer or mobile device.
  3. Enter the eight-digit code that appears on the TV and select Continue .
  4. Type in your Disney+ login credentials and you're done.

Forgot password or email address

If you forgot your password, you must reset it to access your account:

  1. Open the Disney+ app or visit DisneyPlus.com, and then select Sign In .
  2. Enter the email address you used to sign up for Disney+ and select Continue .
  3. Select Forgot your password? and we'll send you a six-digit access code to the email address associated with your Disney+ account.
  4. Find the code in your email and return to the website or app.
  5. Enter the code and select Continue to create a new password.

Password reset code not received

When you change or reset your password, you must verify your account with a six-digit access code that we send to the email address associated with your Disney+ account. Remember that the unique code expires after 15 minutes.

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or select Resend Email to receive another six-digit code. If you need help, please contact us directly through the options below.

How do I find out if my login information changes?

When you change your Disney+ account email address or password, we will send a notification to the email address associated with your account to confirm the changes.
