How to compose an email faster with text predictions in Outlook
When we have to write too many emails, there comes a point where a little help to get it done faster would go a long way. Microsoft's email has a feature that will allow us to write faster and save a lot of time. But how can we Write an email further fast with predictions From text In View?

How to enable text predictions in Outlook
We will click on File> Options. In the left sidebar we will have to go to "Mail" and then on the right side, just below Compose messages, we check the box "Show text predictions when writing".
We will click on "OK" right in the lower right corner of the screen and that's it.
Turn on forecasting in Outlook on the web
We can also do it from Outlook from the website. We will have to go to "Settings" by clicking on the gear icon located in the upper right corner of the screen.
Next, we will have to go to the bottom of the sidebar and click on "See all Outlook settings". In the left bar click on "Mail" and then on "dial and answer”.
We'll scroll down under the "Compose and Reply" section until we find the "Text Predictions" option and check out the "Suggest words or phrases as I type" feature.
Then we press the "X" located in the upper right corner of the screen to save and close the settings.
How to write an email with text predictions in Outlook
THE the text prediction feature works the same on the desktop app as it does on the web. When we're typing, you'll see a grayed out text suggestion appear on the right with a "Tab" icon.
basically to be able accept a text prediction we will have to press the "Tab" button located above "Caps Lock" or the right arrow. In case you don't want to accept a prediction, ignore the icon and continue typing as normal. This makes it easier and faster to write an email thanks to Outlook's text predictions.
